Scheduled Maintenance

The right service at the right interval — following Subaru's factory schedule, with parts and expertise your car actually deserves.

Milestone Service.
Done to Spec.

Subaru publishes a factory maintenance schedule for a reason. Every milestone — 30k, 60k, 90k, 105k — has specific services that keep your engine, drivetrain, and safety systems operating as intended. Skip or shortcut them, and the consequences compound quietly until something expensive fails.

Most shops treat milestone service as a label for an oil change plus whatever they can upsell. We do the actual service — every item on Subaru's factory checklist, with OEM-spec or better parts, by technicians who have done this on hundreds of EJ and FA-series Subarus.

  • Subaru factory schedule followed exactly — no guesswork, no shortcuts
  • OEM-spec or better parts on every replacement item
  • Engine air filter and cabin air filter at correct intervals
  • Spark plugs — correct heat range and gap for your specific engine
  • Fluid inspection and top-off included with every milestone service
  • Full multi-point inspection and written report
  • 2-year warranty on all parts and labor

Specialists Who Know
the Schedule Cold

Subaru-Only Expertise

We know the factory maintenance schedule for every Subaru model year — including the differences between EJ and FA-series engines, turbo versus naturally aspirated intervals, and what actually matters at each milestone versus what's optional filler.

OEM-Spec Parts, Every Time

Subaru spark plugs have a specific heat range. Filters have a specific micron rating. We use parts that meet or exceed Subaru's specification — not whatever was cheapest in the distributor's catalog. Your milestone service matters too much for generic parts.

2-Year Warranty

Every part and every labor item in your milestone service is covered by our 2-year warranty. We stand behind the work — which is only possible because we do it correctly the first time, with the right parts, by technicians who know exactly what they're working on.

Scheduled Maintenance FAQ

What's actually different between the 30k and 60k services?

The 30k service covers the fundamentals: filters, spark plugs on non-turbo models, fluid checks, brake and tire inspection. The 60k service includes everything in the 30k, plus the larger-interval items — timing belt inspection or replacement, water pump, accessory drive belts, coolant flush, and spark plugs on turbo models. The 60k is a significantly more comprehensive service because more components reach end-of-life at that interval.

My car has 85k miles and has never had a milestone service. What should I do?

Bring it in for an inspection first. We'll assess the actual condition of filters, plugs, belts, and fluids — then recommend what needs to be done now versus what can wait. Skipping services doesn't mean the car is ruined; it means some things may need immediate attention and others may still have life. We'll give you a straight answer.

Is the maintenance schedule different for turbocharged Subarus?

Yes, in several ways. Turbocharged models — WRX, STI, Forester XT, Legacy GT — require more frequent oil changes, have different spark plug intervals, and benefit from more attentive fluid maintenance due to higher operating temperatures. We apply the correct schedule for your specific model and engine, not a generic one-size-fits-all approach.

Does scheduled maintenance affect my warranty?

For vehicles still under manufacturer warranty, keeping a documented maintenance record matters. Our services follow Subaru's factory schedule and we provide detailed invoices for your records. For out-of-warranty vehicles, a clean maintenance history protects resale value and gives you — and us — a clearer picture of your car's condition before major repairs.

How long does a milestone service take?

A 30k service typically takes 2–3 hours. A 60k service with full timing belt work can take most of a day. We'll give you an honest time estimate when you schedule and have loaner vehicles available for longer jobs so your day isn't derailed.
